On Thursday, October 15, Lighthouse will hold a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Ceremony at our Hawthorne HQ (297 Lafayette Ave). This annual event is dear to us, and to the mothers and fathers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings and friends who attend each year to remember and honor a precious child with them all too briefly.

This ceremony begins at 6 PM and concludes by 7 PM with a candle lighting to coincide with an international wave of light. The event is open to anyone in our community who has experienced or been touched by a pregnancy or infant loss. Spanish-speaking guests are welcome. Attendees are also welcome to visit our Memorial Wall for the Unborn, where customized nameplates provide families with a tangible way to honor their loved one.

At Lighthouse, we are committed to assisting parents in navigating their unique grief journey and preserving the memory of the children they have lost.
