40 Years of LIFE
2024 marks Lighthouse’s 40th Anniversary and the 40th year of our nation’s Sanctity of Human Life observance!
Sanctity of Human Life Sunday is typically observed on the Sunday closest to January 22nd, the anniversary of Roe v Wade. Although Roe was overturned in 2022, nothing changed in NJ and Lighthouse is serving more women and couples than ever who feel pressured to choose abortion. By offering them HOPE and practical HELP, we make life choices possible!
In honor of this special day, we’re rallying churches, schools and businesses to promote the value of life and to help fill New Moms’ Baskets with all the brand new essentials Lighthouse babies will need. You can choose ANY DAY or time in January or February to join us!

For Schools and Churches: Host a Collection

Our most needed items, in priority order, are:
Wipes
Gently used winter clothes for boys and girls (6 months – 2T)
Infant Formula Powder (Enfamil infant formula and Enfamil Gentlease formula)
New and gently used neutral burp cloths
Diapers (all sizes newborn – 6, but especially sizes 3 & 4)
Baby Shampoo, Diaper rash ointments & Infant toiletries (no powder)
Infant Car Seats (must be new due to safety regulations)
You Can Give Online Too!
Your online donations are immediately put to use making LIFE choices possible for mothers facing unexpected pregnancies or under-resourced parents struggling to care for a newborn. All donations are fully tax deductible.
$50 = two appointments for a mom & dad
$150 = one loving “first look” ultrasound
$1200 = one mom served & one child’s life saved
